NSW: Govt cannot explain why banned doctor continued to work

SYDNEY, Feb 27 AAP - The NSW government says it cannot explain how a banned doctor
was able to continue working in the health system, allegedly mutilating or sexually abusing
hundreds of women.

NSW Health Minister Reba Meagher today apologised to the up to 800 women who have complained
about the conduct of Dr Graeme Steven Reeves, saying she was sorry they had had "such
an awful, awful experience".
